Share a 9” full size pie with your crew. This cuts between 6-8 pieces. (Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough is more like 8-10 pieces) I recommend a crumb top, it’s my favorite way to enjoy a pie! But, you can also order a double crust or lattice top. NOTE: FOR FRUIT PIES, PLEASE ALSO SELECT YOUR TOPPING OPTION AND ADD TO THE CART!
Pie crusts are made with local, organic hard red heritage wheat flour and organic rye flour, plus my made in-house palm oil-free vegan butter. PLEASE NOTE: all pies contain wheat. Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough is topped with maple glaze & Maldon sea salt flakes. IF YOU WANT SPRINKLES ON TOP OF THAT ONE, PLS MAKE A NOTE UPON CHECKOUT. All pies are soy-free EXCEPT for the Pecan Pie, n/a Bourbon Pecan Pie & Chocolate Pecan Pie.

What’s a galette? It’s rustic. I describe it as “a lazy pie,” but that’s so not true. Your own little mini pie that I flop over the edges on top of the filling. It’s filled with organic fruit, topped with some kind of pastry heart or crumb topping <3

A box of tasty, organic cookies made with local, organic hard red heritage wheat flour from Sunrise Flour Mill. Chocolate is always organic, fair trade, ethical chocolate from Equal Exchange. These cookies are slightly crisp on the outside and chewy on the inside, with a traditional cookie texture and feel. Loved by all!

I make a tasty gluten free crumb bar for my wholesale coffee shops and if you’d like to add individual bars onto your order, this is where you can do that!
Gluten free items are produced in a kitchen that processes a lot of heritage wheat flour, however, gluten free items are produced at the beginning of the work day and care is taken to prevent cross-contamination.

OK, if there’s anything I lose sleep over it’s creating that perfect scone. I want a scone to be a little tender, a little flaky, not too dry, but just like a little dry, a crispy exterior, a baked good you’re inclined to break apart and maybe even dunk in your coffee. So, that’s what I’m going for here.
